Playground Other things to note 🔔 Important Notice (Please Read Carefully) To comply with the condominium rules and to respect the residential community, please take note of the following: 1. 👥 Maximum 5 guests allowed (including children) 2. 🚫 No visitors, no parties, no gatherings, and no events of any kind 3. 🤫 Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbours ⚠️ If any of these rules are violated and reported by condo security, the management may issue a RM500 fine to the owner, or in serious cases, request us to stop operating. You will collect the access card yourself (we will send the check-in guide one day before arrival). 2. Guest Limit Due to strict condo regulations, each unit can host up to 5 guests only (including children). If extra people are found by security, there may be a RM300 fine per person. 3. Last-minute Bookings For same-day reservations, check-in may be arranged after 5pm. If this affects your schedule, please contact us first. 4. Security Deposit A RM200 deposit is required before check-in (Bank Transfer). 5. Basic Supplies We will prepare the initial toilet paper and tissue for you. For longer stays, please refill as needed — thank you for helping us stay eco-friendly 🌿 6. No Luggage Storage For safety reasons, we cannot store luggage or accept unattended bags before check-in or after check-out. Please plan your schedule accordingly 😊
