This spacious apartment is located on the 4th floor in the popular "Magic Dreams" vacation resort and offers you everything you need for an unforgettable and relaxing vacation. The apartment has a total of 6 sleeping places that offer sufficient and flexible space for families (4 comfortable single beds & 2 sleeping places on the new, pull-out sofa). Thanks to the south-facing location, you can enjoy a bright, friendly apartment all day, as well as spend cozy hours in the sun on both balconies. You have a nice view of the garden/pool area, as well as the sea and a distant view of Nessebar. The "Magic Dreams" vacation resort has two large pools where you can refresh yourself and have fun. In addition, there is a very nice and well-kept garden with sun loungers and parasols, as well as swings and a children's playground for your children. From the complex, you are 5 minutes (approx. 300 m) from the sandy beach and can enjoy the refreshing sea water at any time and make a stopover at the pool on the way back. Around the complex, there are a variety of activities, many good restaurants, the port of Sweti Vlas with many shopping opportunities and good restaurants. On the way to the harbor there are, for example, ice cream parlors, a delicious crêpe stand, an ice roll stand, small supermarkets and much more! Alternatively, you can cater for yourself in our fully equipped kitchen of your apartment and enjoy your meals on one of the balconies. Directly opposite the complex is a large supermarket "Mercury," with a wide selection of food and everyday necessities. Nearby, there is also the possibility to book excursions and boat tours (e.g. to Turkey) where you can explore the picturesque coast from the water. If you want to discover the culture and history of Bulgaria, there are nearby historical sites and charming places such as Nessebar, one of the oldest settlements in Europe. (Nessebar used to be called Mesembria - 1st settlement in the 6th century BC) Our family-friendly and cozy apartment offers you the perfect retreat for your vacation, with all the important things and amenities nearby, so you don't necessarily have to drive if you don't want to. In front of the complex there is a bus stop from where you can explore the entire sunny beach at any time. Taxis are also usually available in front of the complex. If you have a car, you can park for free on the street around the complex, or rent a parking space within the complex at the reception if necessary. The neighborhood consists mostly of other apartment complexes.
