Beautiful and spacious villa by the sea, located in Baia Azzurra, a town on the Domizio coast. Immersed in a very well-kept and beautiful garden with an outdoor courtyard. Conveniently located: 1 minute away are the beach, bar, pizzeria and restaurant. A few minutes' drive away you can reach Caserta, Gaeta, Formia and the entire coastline. Suitable for families and groups of friends in the name of relaxation and fun. The space The garden is the pearl of the house, it has an outdoor dining table for outdoor lunches and dinners, a 60-inch smart TV, sun loungers and deckchairs with which to enjoy the beautiful sun that comes into the garden. A shower with all the necessary kits, a clothes drying rack, and an outdoor living room where you can relax. A nice barbecue is also available for excellent outdoor grilling. The garden is the little happy island of the villa. Subsequently, the house consists of a sleeping area in which we find one of the bedrooms, with a double bed overlooking the garden, equipped with all the comforts. The second bedroom also consists of a double bed and all the amenities including a 40-inch smart TV. The bathroom is close to the two rooms, suitable for taking advantage of all the services. It consists of a toilet, bidet, washbasin, washing machine and shower. Another bathroom is located outside in the courtyard, equipped with toilets and a sink. An additional bedroom, located in the hallway between the living room and the two rooms, consists of a bunk bed and is very bright and spacious. The beautiful living area consists of a nice living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a table and a pantry with all the necessary services, including an oven, refrigerator, freezer and a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and pots. The living area also overlooks the other side of the house, the entrance where there is another living room with an outdoor coffee table, a little more internal and quiet to enjoy your relaxation. The house has a free connection and a free and reserved parking lot with 3 parking spaces in front of the property. It is equipped with sheets and towels. We also offer services such as tennis courts to be used for lessons, bike rides around the bay, and beach volleyball service on the beach, all completely free.
