Peaceful retreat set in half an acre within ancient woodland. The house was designed by its architect owner in 2012 as a low energy sustainable dwelling which is cool in the summer and warm in the winter and sleeps six in comfort . The space The house has three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one with a double and a single bed all on lower ground floor. The living dining space is on the upper ground level and has a kitchen and separate wc on this level. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the house and half an acre of garden. Other things to note There are no boundary frnces to the property so if you are bringing dogs they will be able to escape into the surrounding woods - if they are so inclined. The one acre site is shared with a small bungalow, which is occupied by a residential tenant. This is screened from Boxwood by dense vegetation so both have a reasonable degree of privacy. Please respect the occupants of the bungalow and keep noise down to a minimum. This is not a party venue!!
