An open floor plan that's great for lounging or entertaining with a newly renovated bonus room: a karaoke lounge! We have a fully stocked kitchen, a large backyard with patio, and outdoor fireplace! The space This adorable 1500 sqft bungalow style home with private access via an alleyway, boasts an open floor plan with a bonus tv/karaoke lounge, a large private backyard and outdoor fireplace. Perfect for up to 8 adults, with 3 bedrooms, one bonus room with a queen pull out sofa, and 2 full bathrooms. There’s room for up to 10 if you want to squeeze and sleep on the provided queen air mattress. We have games, kids toys, etc. If you need anything that you don’t see on our list of amenities, please ask and we can see if we can accommodate you! Please note, we are right off of the major highway (I-35), so road noise should be expected. We pay our cleaners by the hour so have added late checkout fees to make sure they are taken care of, as well as have enough time to prep the home for our next guests. Late fees are as follows: First 15 minutes: Free 11:15-11:30: $50 fee 11:30-11:45: $75 fee 11:45-12:00: $100 fee Guest access You’ll have full and private access to the entire home and fenced in back yard. Other things to note We are close to the main I-35 highway, so although it’s a quiet neighborhood, you will hear street noise (cars driving by, sirens, etc). The back bedroom is in the direction of the highway, so although the windows are protected to decrease noise, road noise should still be expected. Our front door is accessible via a one way alleyway only. We offer two free parking spots for guests. For over 2 cars, there is free parking within the neighborhood at short walk away.
