4 person holiday home in Ucklum The space Welcome to a charming white small house located in the countryside with proximity to both lake and sea. It is a little gem of 30 square meters with a cozy sleeping loft. The house is located on a farm with a small patio to sit on and enjoy the peace and nature. Although the house is small, it is well planned and there is plenty of space to move around. When you enter the house, you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house has been recently renovated so everything is bright and fresh. You are welcomed into the open plan living room and kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa bed 140 cm wide with room for 2 people. There is also a TV with a coffee table. In the living room there is a large window and in the morning you can wake up to birds chirping and sunshine streaming in. Because it is open to the ceiling, the house feels spacious. The kitchen has a dining area for 4 people and everything is modern. There is an induction cooker, fridge and freezer with microwave on the shelf. Straight ahead is the house's bathroom, which is fully tiled. Inside there is a sink, shower cubicle and both a washing machine and dryer. Perfect if you are traveling with small children or want to stay longer. The stairs are fitted with wardrobes, a smart solution. The stairs can be perceived as somewhat steep and lead up to the sleeping loft. Up here there is a double bed of 180 cm. The loft has a slanted ceiling and it is about 150 cm to the ceiling. The cottage is located on a farm. The house next door is where the house owners live. In the big nice white house across the road is a farm cafe which is also run and owned by the house owners. The farm café is open Saturdays and Sundays from 1 July - 30 August from 12.00-17.00 This house is perfect for a cozy and pleasant holiday with proximity to both lake and sea. From the cottage, you can easily go to several nice bathing spots, including Bastevik's bathing area in Hällungen, where there is a lovely sandy beach with jetty and jumping tower. The sea is close in Stenungssund with several bays, salty baths and also shopping via the mall with everything from clothing stores to restaurants, cafes, ice cream, catch of the day in the fish shop to cozy moments on the jetty at the guest harbour.
