Kingfisher Cottage on Unity Pond

The cottage has been renovated with original features left intact. The cottage has 2 queen beds, a pull-out couch, and sleeping loft with two twins. Full kitchen and open concept for dining and living rooms with vaulted ceilings. Views of the lake from virtually every window. Outdoor dining on deck overlooking the water.Swimming, boats, fishing, and outdoor fireplace are on site. This is a Mid-Coast/Lake Gem! 1.50hr. from Portland and 30mins. to Belfast/Waterville (Many amenities in Unity). The space 2 bedroom, 1 bath Cottage on the Lake in Unity, Maine with gorgeous views. 25-30 minute drive to Belfast and Midcoast area. Lots of amenities. (Boats, decks, dock,outdoor shower, space for a fire, full stocked kitchen.) Guest access Entire Cottage, boats, life jackets, towels, condiments, grill, wood , fire stove. (All to have an amazing lake experience!) Other things to note 1)Outdoor cushions are in the master closet or hallway. (You will want to take them in so they are not wet for your stay). 2) The master bedroom has plenty of room to hang your clothes, put a suitcase, and put things away. Second bedroom does not have a closet:( There is a chair to put things on.) 3) Please look at the pictures. There are significant stairs to the water. If you have mobility issues, there are hand rails to the water but may be too many steps or steep for you. The cottage may not be for you. It may be too challenging to get to the beach or navigate the path to the front door. (It is gravel). 4)There has been a whole house filter added to improve the water quality in 2025. (And a high end drinking water filtration system at the sink).
