The cottage is located in the municipality of Sainte-Anne. Close to beaches (Sainte-Anne, Bois Jolan, 5 min drive), amenities (Bourg de Sainte-Anne, shops...) and main roads (national road to go to Saint-François or Le Gosier, Les Grands-Fonds), it is nevertheless quiet in a corner of lush greenery. Nearby beaches are worthy of postcards, as well as many restaurants where you can discover local specialties. The space Totally independent, it consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and storage, a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine...) and an indoor living room with TV and wifi. Outside, the cottage has a covered terrace for meals, a carbet for aperitifs, an independent garden with a sunbed area, a stone barbecue and a relaxation area with Jacuzzi.
