In our apartment you will enter a pistachio green hallway straight to the 22 m² rainbow room, which has been freshly renovated. Our room-in-room concept allows daylight and time to linger. There is a generous flat couch with smart TV and XBox one for streaming Internet content, a private toilet with washbasin and a comfortable bed for dreaming or chilling. We provide you with fresh towels for your stay. We have a very large shared bathroom for showering. In the room there are plants that influence the room climate and our lighting concept is from reading light to cozy ambience light. About the common areas: - Kitchen: The kitchen may be fully used. - Your own refrigerator is available to you. - The following equipment is in the kitchen: Nespresso machine with milk frother, filter coffee machine, four-plate stove, oven, dishwasher, sink, stand mixer, drinking water pipe with water filter, other kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery and glasses. - Sound system in these rooms (kitchen, dining room and fitness room) for music via Bluetooth, Internet radio and 3.5 jack. - Dining room with spacious table to pull out, dining couch and armchair as well as 4 chairs. - Many board games from various Monopoli etc...... many games available for young and old. - This room still needs a new coat of paint and we are still working on the concept for the room. - Large bathroom: large vanity with large mirror, toilet, whirlpool (available on request), shower with steam sauna, hair dryer, shampoo and washing gel. - Garden: with comfortable garden furniture.
