House between Bordeaux and the ocean

This house is a family home, ideal for discovering the region. It is located 45 minutes from the lakes and the Arcachon basin, 50 minutes from the ocean. You can also enjoy Bordeaux by tram (25 min ride to the city center). The big plus of the house is its quiet outdoor space with a large terrace, a solarium with deckchairs and a swimming pool. You will also find many games to satisfy the children. The space House of 110 m2 Carrez - 75 m2 ground floor and the rest upstairs. On the ground floor you will find an entrance that serves a sleeping area with a bedroom (the second bedroom is closed to store personal belongings so that you feel at home during your vacation), 1 bathroom with bathtub and a toilet. The 14 m2 bedroom with an adult size bed, so for a child or adult regardless of age. In this room can be added another mattress on the floor if you need and a baby bed. The entrance then serves the kitchen and the very bright living room. The two rooms lead through 3 glass doors to the outdoor space: terrace, garden and pool. Upstairs you will find a very bright multipurpose room to isolate yourself, read, take a nap or watch TV, it is followed by the master bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm) which has its own shower room and toilet. We can provide baby essentials (highchair, changing table and others) upon request. There are also children's games available. It's very easy to park in front of the house and then explore the attractive places in the area. Guest access The entire property (excluding garage, attic and bedroom 2 of the reserved storage area). Other things to note The accommodation is inhabited all year round and we take great care of it. We will make room for you in the cupboards and remove our family's pictures so that you feel fully at home during this vacation.
