WELCOME to HOUSE 3 of the “QUINTAL DO VALE” space in Pomerode. The space is located 5 minutes by car from the city center, close to restaurants, markets and bakeries. This accommodation features an outdoor backyard, perfect for picnics, touching your feet on the grass and entertaining your children with swings and games. Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. The house is private, no area is shared. You book and only you occupy all areas. The space INITIAL DISCLAIMERS: - This property has no access ramps. It is on the ground floor and contains only small steps. - Voltage 220v - Includes private parking without cover for up to 2 FREE cars. - All pets that will be in the house during the stays must be included in the reservation group. - Events at the house, dinners or visits will only be allowed with the host's permission. Depending on the size of the visit, an extra fee may be charged, to be agreed upon with the host. BEDROOMS: The house has 3 bedrooms. - Each of the rooms has 2 standard hotel single beds that together form a double bed; the beds are arranged according to the demand of each group. - Clothes racks with hangers to hang clothes in all the bedrooms; - One of the rooms is an en-suite with a private bathroom. - All bedding is included in the accommodation, each bed with 2 pillows, pillowcases and blanket. - ALL ROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. PLEASE NOTE: The listing shows the total bed capacity of the house, but the number of beds prepared to be occupied during stays will correspond to the number of guests listed in the reservation. 1 double bed = 2 beds 1 single bed = 1 bed. BATHROOMS: - The house has 2 bathrooms: 1 social and 1 bathroom in bedroom 2 (suite), both complete with sink, toilet, shower stall and shower. - Bathrooms have foot cloth and face towels. VILLAGE - BATH TOWELS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. KITCHEN - We offer dishes, detergent and sponge in the kitchen. - In the kitchen cabinets and shelves you find dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, utensils, pots, pots, pots of various sizes, frying pan and electric jar for water heating. Dining room with 6 seater table. - On the shelf on the sink are sugar, salt and coffee powder. - The kitchen also has a cooktop stove and refrigerator. - For your stay to be perfect, we offer coffee, coffee filter, sugar, tea, salt, among other condiments for preparation. In addition to self-sustaining electricity, we separated all trash from the house correctly for disposal. Pomerode is a reference city in correct garbage collection. - SEPARE O GARBAGE CORRECTLY placing each waste in its respective trash can. They will be identified and separated in: RECYCLABLE GARBAGE (Clean plastic packaging, clean glass etc.) ORGANIC GARBAGE (eggshells, fruits, rest of food) and DIRTY GARBAGE (bathroom trash, diapers and toilet paper). - At the end of the stay, CLOSE the BAGS OF ALL BINS and DISCARD THEM IN THE EXTERNAL BINS located in front of the house and also identified for correct disposal. - Solar heating of the kitchen water and self-sustaining photovoltaic energy (solar energy) OBS: **Be careful with children as the windows are NOT screened.
