Relax in this unique and quiet getaway, in front of the most beautiful beaches in Mazatlán. The fabulous condominium is located in front of the sea, 200 meters from Pato Blanco beach, 300 meters from Punta del Sábalo and 400 meters from Cerritos/Brujas beach. The Marina Tennis and Yacht Club has all the amenities you need to spend the best vacation: heated pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts. It also has free WIFI and private parking. Wheelchair accessible (except in bathroom). Pets are not allowed. The space 82 m² apartment (large bedroom with closet and dressing room, spacious living room, modern kitchen, large refrigerator and pantry) is located on the fourth floor, which favors a beautiful view, has two modern elevators . The third guest sleeps on the sofa at the living room. The air conditioner is recent with cooling and heating functions, being silent, the ceiling of each piece have fans. The TV screen is large with cable access to all North American (US, Canada, few Mexico) free channels. The strong Wifi broadband signal is directly at the condo, there is another common signal from the building. The bathroom is equipped with towels (internal use in the property), soap, dryer, etc. The kitchen has a new stove, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery for four, pans, glasses, kitchen utensils and knives. The balcony is wide giving access to the bedroom and the living room. The balcony has a high table with four chairs to eat and enjoy the view to the Marina. Guest access Closet (embedded-wardrobe) and dressing (walking-wardrobe), all is at your disposal. The landline telephone receives calls, but it is not for calling, guests must use their mobiles, either through their operators (there is an excellent signal from them) or through the apartment's Wi-Fi. The towels are not for the beach, so guests should bring their beach towels and swimsuits. As is the AirBnB regulation, the kitchen must be left clean with all the dishes and pans clean. Other things to note There is a reception at the entrance with bilingual staff, there are cleaning attendants on each floor, they change the sheets every two weeks, or when the guests leave the apartment, but they do not make the beds or pick up wastes/garbage from the rooms during the guests' stay.
