Modern amenities include WiFi, TV, electric stove, and air conditioning units in each room for your comfort.Step onto the 25-foot-wide patio to unwind in hot tub, or gather around the fire pit in the backyard. The main entrance is through the spacious living room. Plenty room there to exercise or play some darts. Each bedroom have a queen size bed and plenty of room to walk around it. The bathroom has everything you need, from hair dryer to cleaning supplies. Kitchen and dining room are one space so we recommend opening the windows if you cook. The kitchen has everything you need for a homemade cook. The hot tub is on the patio, that overlooks the backyard and a river in the distance. If you are lucky you might see some deer running through the neighbor's grass field. The entire home is yours, including backyard and patio You can reach us via the app or call the number in an emergency that is posted on the wall, behind the entrance. After turning from the main road, you'll go on a private dirt road to reach the house. Ton of tree along the road and cute little houses, not too crowded, so everybody have their own privacy. If you are lucky you get to meet a few deer, turtle, frog and if you stay long enough, might even see a bear. She is actually really friendly, but don't feed them! Enjoy every minute of this quiet neighborhood! The neighborhood is pretty quiet, nobody bothers each other. Getting around is mostly with car, unless you like long walks. By booking with us, you agree to follow the rules. Not following the rules may result in disputes where we ask for monetary compensation for the damage the guests caused. For example: breaking things, smoking inside and leaving an odor, etc. Most rules are displayed in the house so we encourage everybody to read them at least once. No smoking, no vaping and no weed rolling inside. It's very difficult to clear the odor and breaking this rule may end up paying for extra cleaning.
