Molly’s by the beach

Bring all your friends and family! This beautiful home is comfortable, relaxed and caters for everyone from the youngest to the oldest. Molly's by the beach is an easy 5 minute stroll direct to the sand of Mollymook Beach. The deck has ocean glimpses and is perfect for outdoor dining, or relaxing with a wine while the kids play in the garden below or in the rumpus room. In winter, snuggle up by the fire or warm yourself in the sauna. There is something for everyone here. The space Molly's is a tri-level home with the perfect family holiday layout. The kid's zone is downstairs. There are 2x bunks and a queen sofa bed in the rumpus which comes complete with games, bean bags, space to play or watch TV. And its easy access to the enclosed backyard. The lower level also includes our sauna. The mid level has 3 queen rooms - one with an ensuite and walk in robe. And upstairs is a glorious place to relax with loved ones. Dine or lounge around while looking out to the ocean, or sink into a comfy indoor or outdoor couch with a book. We have a portable cot and bassinet available too. Guest access Guests are welcome to access all areas of the house except for the under house storage or locked garage. No children in the sauna please. Other things to note We provide all linen and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels. We also provide the basic necessities to get you started (ie toilet paper and dishwasher powder), but you may need to purchase more for longer stays. We check the BBQ gas bottle from time to time. But if you use it up, it would be wonderful if you could please replace it. This can be done at Bunnings Ulladulla, or the Milton IGA. Those stores also sell firewood if you require it.
