Welcome to Clementine Cottage, nestled in the heart of the Peak District. At 9pm, enjoy quiet time outside, respecting the tranquility. As the end cottage of three, it offers a peaceful countryside retreat. The one-bedroom sanctuary features a hot tub overlooking fields, ideal for unwinding after exploration. Complete with a bed settee in the spacious living area, it's perfect for couples or two friends seeking peace and quiet, a haven to rest and recharge. Not suitable for loud groups. The space The spacious upstairs bedroom provides complete comfort in the King Size bed. There is a dressing table and plenty of storage space. The view through the window opens up to views over the Peak District. The large bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink with plenty of space. Downstairs the open plan living, kitchen and dining area allows for relaxing evenings enjoying a home cooked meal. The sofa pulls out into a sofa bed allowing for two friends to stay comfortably. The cottage is not baby proof but we can provide a travel cot and high chair. There is a patio area outside with table and chairs to enjoy the sunrise. A BBQ allows you to enjoy the summer evenings alfresco. The hot tub adds a magical experience, a place to relax after a lovely walk. Quiet times are after 9.00pm as there are other guests and my family home nearby. Guest access Guests have Clementine cottage to themselves and the patio area and hot tub area completely private. There is a laundry facility on site where you are welcome to use the washing machine and tumble dryer. The gate on the patio area opens up to our fields that you are welcome to explore and enjoy. Other things to note This is a truly special cottage for a peaceful and relaxing break away. It is in the heart of the Peak District, so when you have finished exploring you can still sit and enjoy what the Peak District has to offer from the cottage. This is a great romantic getaway, a place to recharge or time to spend with family creating memories, however the cottage is not baby proof. My family house is opposite the cottage so if you need anything I am on hand to help. The cottage is in a rural location and is a good 10/15 minute walk to the village of Eyam with the pub and cafe's. An ideal location for those wanting to truly get away from it all and to rest and relax peacefully. Quiet hours are after 9.00pm where you can still enjoy the hot tub and patio area but peacefully and respectfully of our other guests and my family who are in the house near to the cottages.
