Convenient location in Shelby, 10 minute drive to Uptown area where you can visit the Earl Scruggs Center, Don Gibson theater, local brewery and other cute shops. Shelby is home to the ALWS, a 5 minute drive from where you will stay. Nice, clean and cozy 2 bedroom, 2 full bath home located only a few minutes from the heart of Shelby. We are nestled at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood so be prepared to relax! Our living room space is comfortable with a large Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu and other entertainment. The master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and a Roku TV. The backyard is large and fully fenced and your pets are welcome with a $40 pet fee (cash left upon check out, OR added in your booking). The back deck is spacious with a comfortable patio set to sit and enjoy a book with coffee, tea or a cocktail. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking necessities and please feel free to use our outdoor BBQ grill. Entire home I will be available by phone throughout your entire stay. Quiet neighborhood Please limit visitors to 2 at a time. Quiet times are 11:00pm-6:00am. No additional overnight guests unless confirmed through booking.
