Villa 4 is the spot for kiters, wingers, and everyone else with great access to the newly refinished pool, jacuzzi (heated Nov-Mar) and barbecue area. This unit will feel like home with an upgraded interior and dual pane sliding glass doors for privacy and comfort. Washer/dryer in unit. Fully equipped kitchen. Front and back patios. Dedicated individual high speed wifi in villa, telmex infinitum, amazon firestick on TV, great for streaming. Walking distance to Playa Central and Star market. The space There are two bedrooms each with one queen bed with memory foam mattress tops. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. The living room has a couch, which is not a sleeper sofa. There is a pack-n-play and baby monitor for the little ones. The sliding glass doors in front and each bedroom are dual pane which reduces any outside noise dramatically. There are blackout drapes in both bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, coffee maker, and all utensils, dishes, pots and pans. You will have your own dedicated high speed wifi which is perfect for streaming. There is a TV with Amazon fire stick in one of the bedrooms. There are individual split system air conditioners in each room as well as ceiling fans. There is very nice artwork throughout the villa. There is a small back patio with a high wall which is perfect for storing bikes, kite gear etc. The front patio has a bench, table and chairs and is very close to the pool. The convenience to the pool makes it highly desirable.There is a washer and dryer in unit. Please use the Automatic setting on the machine. Do not use max water setting on washing machine. Pool/Jacuzzi: Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in the Jacuzzi. Children between 10-14 require adult supervision while in the jacuzzi. Children off all ages are allowed in the pool with adult supervision. A professional on-site manager is readily available for any questions, named Rigo Tellez, whose office is on the right side in front of the main gate. He will give you a key and tour of the villa upon arrival. You have a parking space in front on left side of main entrance. Do not go to rear gate of complex. Please note that this unit is not wheelchair accessible. Guest access Dedicated V4 parking spot left side main entrance Other things to note Newly refinished saltwater pool and jacuzzi (heated Nov-Mar) are just outside of front door with other great amenities: multiple barbecues, kiddie pool, two outdoor gas fire pit lounge areas, multiple restaurants within walking distance, a restaurant adjacent to complex, dedicated high speed wifi in villa, Two TVs in villa with Amazon fire stick and wifi streaming. Hotel management, Rigo Tellez and staff have room keys in office upon arrival. Children will be entertained all day by the beautiful pool and adjacent playground. Please note: Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in the Jacuzzi. Children between 10-14 require adult supervision while in the jacuzzi. To facilitate the separation of recyclable materials, we have designated specific bins for aluminum cans, plastic bottles, and glass, in addition to the regular bins for organic waste and non-recyclables.
