From the balcony of this modernly furnished apartment on the first floor you can see directly to the Baltic Sea. Less than 100 meters from your holiday home is the fine sandy south beach and the glittering Baltic Sea. From the covered balcony you can enjoy the sunrise over the sea. This accommodation for up to 4 people has all the amenities for your successful vacation: In the kitchenette open to the living room, you will find an oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, a large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment and all the necessary cooking utensils for cooking and eating together in the vacation home. At the dining table there is space for 4 people for shared meals and social entertainment. The large box spring sofa (bed surface 140*200) in the living room offers two more people a cozy night in addition to the double bed in the separate bedroom. The blinds on the large window front ensure privacy. The high-quality flat-screen TV entertains you on cozy evenings on the sofa or in the rocking chair with stool. Wi-Fi access lets you plan your next discoveries during your vacation, regardless of your data volume. In the apartment's interior bathroom, you will find a shower with a flat entrance and sliding shower walls. The integrated mirror lighting and the natural design give the bathroom a harmonious touch. The cozy bedroom, separated from the living room by a folding door, offers two bedside tables in addition to the double bed (2*80*200 cm) as well as a spacious wardrobe with a full-length mirror in which both your holiday wardrobe as well as suitcases and bags can be accommodated. An iron and ironing board provide a remedy for crumpled laundry from the suitcase. Apart from the bathroom and kitchen area, the apartment is equipped with cozy, warm cork laminate.
