Peaceful and family friendly accommodation on Skåne farm with antique shop. Centrally located in Österlen, close to magical sandy beaches and sea as well as other cultural and nature experiences. 15 minutes by car to the nearest sandy beach. Situated in the middle between Simrishamn and Ystad, the Churg Tower will be the perfect springboard to all of Österlen's treasures. The farm owner - who lives on the farm- is very happy to share tips! The space The apartment is furnished in a former barn. Two bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed. Fresh bathroom with washing machine and kitchen with dishwasher. Beautiful surroundings with fields and fantastic sunsets..! Busy roads are hundreds of meters away, so the accommodation is experienced as quiet and peaceful. Access to patio with furniture and barbecue facilities! Please bring your own linens and towels! Cleaning performs the guests. (Bedding can be rented. Cleaning can be purchased for SEK 2000). Guest access Guests have the apartment for themselves, with their own key. Other things to note Daytime (11am-5pm), the farm's Antique Store is open seven days a week, from midsummer to early August. This can result in a number of cars in the farm's parking lot(= large turnaround). However, the guest of the child's resident's vehicles are always a priority -there is, of course! The nearest store (Ica, Hammenhög) is 3-4 minutes drive away and is open at 8 am - 8 am - 8 am every day. The farm owner is a natural person with a lot of bird interest and has lots of tips on places for nice experiences.
