Get ready to relax as soon as you arrive in your fully furnished, bright and ventilated room with curtains for those who need to rest during the day. You'll have a comfortable bed, wardrobe, work table, and internet access. You'll have everything you need for a productive and pleasant stay. In addition to your private room, you'll have access to our shared areas, which include a large bathroom with a hot and cold water shower 24 hours a day. Our kitchen is at your disposal so you can sit down to eat, refrigerate and heat your food (cooking is not allowed). And our charming patio where you can sit, enjoy being surrounded by plants and listen to the birds while you relax or work with your computer. The room is perfect for those who want to work remotely and get to know Lima because its central location allows easy access to Lima's historic downtown, museums, bars, and the beautiful beach coast. In addition, we are close to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, institutes and universities, as well as government entities, which makes our space ideal for those who need medical, educational or professional services. As your host, I'll be available to answer all your questions remotely. In addition, you will have the support of the housekeeper during your check-in. NOTE: When booking a room, please tell us about yourself and the purpose of your trip. Guest access The room is fully available to you during your stay and selected shared areas of our cozy home including the kitchen, bathroom, patio, and garden. Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay to the fullest! During your stay As a host, I will answer my guests' inquiries remotely. I'll be delighted to provide information about the room, common areas, and activities nearby, such as bus stops, transportation options, tourist attractions, museums, archaeological sites, restaurants, bars, local services, and any other queries they may have. Other things to note OFFICIAL ID: You will be asked to register an identity document during check-in via a virtual form. KITCHEN: Cooking is not allowed, but guests are welcome to use the refrigerator to store their food, to use the microwave to reheat, and to sit and eat. In addition, they will have utensils and a press coffee maker all day. They can also use the sink to wash any utensils they use. We kindly ask that they clean any stains or residues they may leave when using these appliances, and to collect and wash any utensils used. Please dispose of biodegradable waste in the small garbage bag located beside the sink. And rinse plastic bottles or containers before placing them in the green recycling bin, located down the staircase on the patio. Thank you for helping us keep our space clean and tidy! CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Entry after 3 pm to 7 pm | check-out: until 11 am/morning. Early check-in and late check-out may be considerable with a proportional fee applied in case of early entry and delayed exit.
