Keep your vessel docked steps from your door for the duration of your stay! 🤫 Our Commitment to Peace & Quiet We are located in a tranquil, respectful community with lovely full-time retiree neighbors. To maintain this peaceful environment, we have a Minut noise monitor in the living room (measures decibel levels only, no recording). • Strict Policy: We welcome families and quiet groups. No parties, events, or gatherings exceeding the booked guest count are permitted. Thank you for helping us stay the "quietest unit on the block!" Guest access This is a 100% private condo rental. You will have access to the entire rental with the exception of locked owner closets. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: **Minimum age to rent of 25 (adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests, no exception). **Maximum number of guests is 6, no exception. **No parties or gatherings more than the people in your own group/approved guests. **Use of pool is only for approved guests of 1701 Bayhouse. No other outside guests are permitted. **No animals **No smoking **Noise monitor in place only to detect elevated sound. ** You must submit a government issued photo id. **If you plan to use the boat slip for your boat/jet skis, additional information will be required before a confirmed booking. When you book, you agree to the house rules. Any violation will result in cancellation without refund. I will not be available in person. The home is self check-in.
