The space Our fun and vibrant 1 bedroom apartment has been designed for maximum comfort and convenience. The 70qm apartment has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Our unit is located in City Garden complex. The grounds are landscaped to feel like a resort within the city. Other amenities include - restaurant -gourmet market -convenience store -third wave coffee shop -children's playground The location is near downtown Saigon with easy access to Thao Dien (the expat quarter) and Thu Thiem (the new financial district across the river). Within walking distance, you'll find many food and drink choices. Guest access Every part of the apartment is yours and not shared with anyone else. Other things to note Please note the pool is not available for short-term rental (Airbnb) guests If you are arriving past 9pm please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure you will get the access card to enter the building. Please contact us before booking if you plan to conduct any commercial activities at our unit, including photoshoots or filming. An additional fee will apply and we will inform you the amount when we understand the nature of the activity. Fees start from 3,000,000 VND and will go up depending on the crew size, duration and the nature of the activity. We may also ask for a damage deposit for the activity.
