This charming 2 bedroom is less than a mile to Sea Street (Keyes) Beach on Nantucket Sound. Two blocks to Main Street with restaurants, shops and art galleries. The area is very walkable. The home has central air, internet, flat screen TV, linens, towels, and beach chairs. The kitchen is stocked but has no dishwasher or washer/dryer. A parking pass for Barnstable beaches included. Backyard has a patio, privacy fencing, furniture, professional landscaping and a BBQ. The space Very comfy space with large sectional sofa facing a 48" flat screen TV. Cable and Wifi available, good for rainy days. Porch with dinette set, plus a BBQ. Tons of towels, extra blankets and beach gear, all included. Please note that the bed in the “master” is a double/full, NOT a queen! The second bedroom, with twin beds, has been renovated with a complete “Harry Potter” themed bed linens and decor. You can enjoy a large patio in the private backyard space. New furniture. The yard is completely fenced giving an extra layer of security, privacy and quiet. We are installing an outdoor shower for the summer of 2026. Guest access House has a keyless entry so you can check in after 3 pm at your convenience. Prior to the opening of the season, we have a 2 night minimum. From Memorial Day to Labor Day we have a 4 night minimum. Please PM me if you have a problem booking. Other things to note Massachusetts has passed a lodging tax, that applies to all AirBnb hosts, rental properties as well as hotels/motels. The tax will add 14.45% to your stay. This should be noted as an extra charge on your AirBnB reservation. There is a $750 security deposit for the house (also listed under Extra Charges). This will cover the furnishings, house and the beach pass (which has a $475.00 replacement value). You are only charged (by AirBnB) if there is damage claim or the beach pass is not returned. The driveway fits THREE cars. Please do not park on the lawn. Please no pets.
