The backyard is a showstopper, offering a heated (with fee) saltwater pool, 5 feet deep, covered patio & shaded seating, pergola with outdoor TV & sound bar as well as a propane gas grill for entertaining. Swim, play a game of “bags” & grill! The space This home is new, modern and well-appointed. A beautiful home with top-of-the-line appliances. Two bedrooms feature a King bed and 1 offers a Queen. 3 full bathrooms. This home boasts a large, open-concept, living and kitchen area with counter & bar stools for extra seating. Enjoy cooking and hanging with family and friends. The home features a reverse osmosis system at the kitchen sink, water from the refrigerator and ice in freezer. Upstairs you will find a cozy loft with sectional couch to curl up on and watch movies. Each room has a Smart TV ranging in size from 75 to 55 inches, so bring your logins to your favorite streaming services. Enjoy the large, wood dining table for gathering for meals or a card game with family. There is a large laundry area for your use if needed. But the backyard and heated (with fee) saltwater pool are where you will want to spend your time, featuring a pergola with a 75-inch outdoor TV and grilling area. Bring your swimsuit and don’t forget sunscreen! Guest access Guests will have access to the whole home with the exception of 1 bedroom, and 2 closets for supplies for housekeeping. The garage is not available to guests. Other things to note Monday is garbage and recycling pickup. Please place both bins in the street, at the curb on Sunday evening. Pick-up can be very early so please place them out the night before. The bins are located on the side of the house inside the gate. Please bring the bins back in as soon as possible. Please place all garbage in plastic garbage bags before putting them in the bin. Recycling items should be placed loosely in the collection bin, not in plastic bags. No Glass ! A list of items that are recyclable are in the Guest Book. Fee to heat the pool is $40 per day. PLEASE NOTE: if you would like the pool heated for your stay please mention that when booking or 2 days before arrival so we can get the pool heated to an average temperature ideal for swimming. We cannot accept per day heating. If you like the pool heated it will be for your entire stay. Weather and situations beyond our control may affect how quickly the pool heats to average temperature ideal for swimming. Please understand we will do our best to accommodate. During monsoon season (June-September) Arizona can experience dust storms. We make every effort to keep outside pool area clean, a dust storm can be severe and leave a mess in and around the pool, it may take a day or two for us to get our outdoor maintenance person/pool technician to the property to clean it up. Please be patient. We don’t offer reimbursements for weather related incidents. Note: White pool loungers and tables are not available during the winter months, (typically November through February) Heating and Cooling. If doors or windows are left open the heating/cooling system shuts off to protect the system from damage due to over working and dust intake. If you want a comfortable home, keep doors and windows closed while cooling or heating is on.
