Bertioga Penthouse Suite

Cozy penthouse suite overlooking the sea, 3 blocks from the beach and gourmet space with pool and barbecue exclusively for guests. We also offer appliances and utensils for preparing meals and a beach kit with two chairs, a sun umbrella and a cooler. The space has a king-size bed and an extra bed (if necessary) and is one block from Av. Anchieta with market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant, etc. The building has covered parking and 24-hour concierge. The space Private suite on the top floor of our duplex apartment, which features a double bed, TV with Netflix, fan, air conditioning, luggage rack and hangers. We live in the apartment, and to access the space you have booked, you need to climb a staircase that is in the dining room of the space we live in. Guest access As soon as the guest arrives, they will receive the key to the main door of our apartment, where we live, and the suite where they will be staying. During the stay, the entire upper floor will be totally exclusive to the guest: the suite, Gourmet space, barbecue, swimming pool and ocean view. During your stay We will be available to assist and guide guests with whatever they need (sightseeing tips, restaurants, establishments, or any questions). We'll keep in touch by messaging or in person, whichever way the guest feels most comfortable. Other things to note The space reserved for the guest will be the entire upper floor, privately. The guest may be welcomed by me (Helen) or my partner Fabiano, who also lives in the apartment. At this time, the key to the apartment will be delivered, and to access the upper floor, the space you have reserved, you must climb a small staircase, which gives access to the suite and the outdoor area (Gourmet Space and private pool) overlooking the sea.
