Pigallie Heights Two is a semi detached house over 3 levels. We are close to the coast to coast cycle trail and 2 miles from two beautiful beaches (Porthtowan and Portreath). Cornwall is calming to visit any time of the year. Beautiful views across the valley and cosy central heating to snuggle up in on cold winters days. We accept children over 10 years of age. The space Pigallie Heights has 3 levels. At entrance level there is a utility/toilet, an open plan kitchen lounge dinner stocked with all you could need for self catering. The King size bedroom can be found up stairs off the entrance hall, wardrobes and bedside tables will be home to all your essentials. before going downstairs a work area including some books and games can be found. Downstairs is the main bathroom and two further spacious double bedrooms (one with ensuite shower room). The two downstairs room can be set up as either twin singles or superking beds. The property will sleep 6 across up to 5 bed possibilities. A rear gravel courtyard can be found out side the french doors in bedroom 2. The main garden is accessed through a gate to the left of the front door, here there is a picnic bench for outside dinning. Guest access All of the house and gardens. The tvs are smart tv's Other things to note We take over 11's only as we like to keep our area quiet. There are steep banks to the rear of the property too that are not securely fenced.
