Welcome to the historic Hasenhof! Morning bird chirping, bee buzzing and flower scent in the midday light, bats in the twilight, starry night sky - all senses are addressed here. In the heart of Lower Saxony – in the Aller-Leine Valley – you will find the ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation here on our premises. Whether small or large – you can certainly have a lovely time in our unique vacation home right on the lake. The space Our 170-square-meter lakeside vacation home on the Hasenhof is a former stable building from 1874, which has been lovingly converted and renovated by our family in recent years. Standing on the 6500 square meter courtyard next to the 300-year-old farmhouse, it offers plenty of space for up to 10 guests with its spacious layout in the living area and the bedrooms in the attic. Our picturesque vacation home is under the theme "4 Seasons," which are reflected in the 4 rooms of the upper floor as summer, autumn, spring & winter rooms. Both the spring and autumn rooms have a double bed and a single bed. The summer room is also equipped with a bed for 2 people (140 x 200 cm) and a single bed, while the winter room is intended as a single room. There is also a modern toilet with shower bath on this floor. On the first floor is another bedroom with a sofa bed. The spacious open living-dining area with tiled stove and floor-to-ceiling windows invites you to linger and play. The new kitchen is well equipped and offers enough space for cooking together. On the same floor is a spacious comfortable bathroom with shower and bathtub, to make you feel at home. Thanks to the free Wi-Fi, you can stay in touch with your loved ones at home or plan your activities in a relaxed manner in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. There is a fiber optic network for fast Internet with 100-200 Mbits/s, so that mobile work is also possible without any problems. A 50 m² covered outdoor terrace runs along the entire rear of the house in a southwest location. There you can relax and also barbecue. Delicious grilled food from the neighboring hunter can be ordered through us. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the park-like garden and the lake behind it, which is at the end of the property and thus only a few meters away. In addition, a campfire place is located in front of the building to prepare stick bread in the evening in good weather. The house is surrounded by an enchanted outdoor area with an extensive garden and a playground. The village's own soccer field as well as two small public playgrounds and the Aller River are within walking distance in a few minutes. Our vacation home by the lake has its very special charm in every season and in any weather! Guest access The house has its own entrance. During your stay, the entire house including terrace and the garden in front of the house entrance is available. By arrangement, the use of the park-like garden in the back garden, the meadow and the lake can be used. Other things to note Travel with small children: We will gladly provide items such as an extra bed, high chair, etc. on request. The house has fly screens. Our farm has plenty of room for parking cars and bicycles. You can charge your electric car either at the wallbox on the farm grounds or at the charging station of the village store 250 m away. We will gladly put together a basic package for the kitchen on request for a fee (cereals, fresh milk, fruits, rolls, etc.) The use of the boats and the jetty is by arrangement and at your own risk. The farm's own handcart can also be used on request.
