Our house is right in the center of the city; It is within a walking distance to Karaalioğlu park, the sea, beaches, historical places and old town Kaleici. It is very close to restaurants, pubs, market & bazaar. You can walk to the nostalgic tram and bus station in 3 min and you can easily go all over the city. It is ideally located for those who love city life and is in a safe street where the families live. We wish you to feel at home and to collect good memories during your trip and stay. The space This apartment is ideal for families and groups of friends, offering a very large and airy living space. There is only one apartment on each floor, giving you full privacy. The flat is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible with a modern and spacious elevator. The cozy IKEA L-shaped sofa and Smart TV with TV box create a relaxing space to unwind. The dining table can also be used as a convenient workspace. Warm lighting is used throughout the room for a calm and inviting ambiance. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony overlooking the greenery at the front of the building. It’s a lovely spot to enjoy the sunshine and observe the neighborhood, especially during summer. ⸻ 🛌 Main Bedroom A large and comfortable bedroom with an electric shutter on the window. Filled with natural light, this positive and serene room features a 160 cm double bed with a medium-firm orthopedic mattress. Bed linens are carefully washed and dried before each guest’s arrival to ensure a clean and hygienic sleeping environment. The room also includes a wardrobe, dresser, and mirrored vanity table. A new air conditioner with an air-purifying function is installed, and its filters are cleaned before every stay. ⸻ 🛏️ Second Bedroom Located at the back of the apartment, this room offers a quiet sleeping space. Blackout curtains provide complete darkness for a restful night. It has two single beds and a large wardrobe. Before each check-in, the bathroom and toilet are thoroughly cleaned. Shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap are replaced with fresh ones. You will also find spare toilet paper and a hairdryer in the cabinet. ⸻ 🍳 Kitchen A bright kitchen filled with natural daylight — perfect for cooking. There is a dining table for four, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need: an oven, stove, toaster, electric kettle, Turkish coffee machine, and all essential kitchenware. Thank you for not entering this room. 💌 General Information • The entire building belongs to us, and we have all the necessary legal Airbnb permits. There are no neighbors opposed to Airbnb. • The building has a new, large elevator, which is regularly maintained. • The property is secured with a 24/7 outdoor camera system, and there are two secure, password-protected entrance doors. • My dear grandfather (96) and grandmother (95) live on the ground floor. If they safely live here, you can feel safe too. :) • All apartments are cleaned using Dyson vacuum cleaners. We take cleanliness very seriously and always aim to do our best. • The building includes a fire escape, as well as fire and gas alarm systems. • There is a school and a mosque in the neighborhood, which is very common in Türkiye. For noise insulation, we installed triple-pane windows and shutters in the front rooms. Schools are closed during the summer months.
