House Rules Identification & Check-in • Government-issued ID is required for every guest staying. • Foreign nationals must show a valid passport and visa. • Guests must sign a visitor register upon arrival. • Check-in: 14:00 – 19:00 (Late check-in allowed with prior notice). • Early check-in: Available on request if there’s no booking the previous night (charges apply). • Check-out: By 11:00 AM. • Late check-out: Possible depending on availability (charges apply). • Luggage storage is available upon request. House Etiquette • Switch off ACs and fans when leaving the house. • No smoking indoors. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or open spaces. • If found smoking inside, a deep cleaning fee of ₹2500 will be charged. • No loud music or parties. Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. • Eating on the bed is not allowed. Charges for stained linen: • Bedsheet: ₹1200 each • Comforter: ₹3000 each • Any other damages will be discussed and charged accordingly. • Wash utensils before check-out. Garbage Disposal • Daily collection (except Sundays) at 6:30-7:00 AM. • Use the big green dustbin in the balcony or hang the pink dustbin outside the main entrance at night. • Do not leave garbage in bags outside to prevent street dogs from littering. Security & Monitoring • The property has 4 CCTV cameras installed outside for security. Departure & Final Notes • Inform check-out time at least 30-45 minutes in advance. • For early morning check-out, inform us the night before. Other things to note The fully furnished kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, OTG, sandwich maker, toaster, tea/coffee kettle, rice cooker, and a Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard with a four-stage reverse osmosis system for clean drinking water. It also features a fridge, mixer grinder, and all essential cooking ingredients and utensils. Enjoy a serene kitchen garden view where organic seasonal vegetables are grown.
