Quiet house with heated pool

Located 30 minutes from Reims, Laon and Rethel and 170 km from Paris, the property is located away from the village, it is the calm assured for your stay! INDOOR AND HEATED POOL ONLY ACCESSIBLE FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER. House designed for moments with family or friends, there is at your disposal a foosball table, XXL wooden games, a ping pong table, a dartboard. Amenities 8 minutes by car (Carrefour market, pharmacy, bakery...) Wood for stove not included. The space The apartments and rooms have just been renovated. There are two separate accommodations: - A large gîte that sleeps 10 (4 bedrooms with double bed + 1 double sofa bed in a row), 2 bathrooms - A small gîte with 4 beds (2 bedrooms with double bed), a bathroom Bedrooms and beds are all upstairs. The large gîte is the one that is automatically allocated, the second is only accessible to guests coming with more than 10 people. If you are 10 guests or less, but need the small gîte for your stay, please contact us to request it. The kitchens are fully equipped and the dining room table of the large gîte can accommodate up to 12 people. The coffee maker of the large gîte is a filter coffee maker, that of the small gîte is a Tassimo. Guest access You have access to the whole house, the games room, the gardens as well as the indoor pool (when it is in use, from April to October, not available from November to March because it is in winter storage). Other things to note Linens and hand towels provided. Two cots with mattress + fitted sheets are available as well as 2 high chairs for babies/children in the large gîte.
