From the large veranda and from the pool area you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view over the whole bay of Santa Maria. The space The main entrance of the house leads directly to the living area, where the kitchen and living room with sofa and TV are located. A corridor leads to the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms.There is also a dependance that consists in an extra double bedroom with private bathroom, so in total the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house has recently been refurbished, has simple but very welcoming furnishings and is equipped with all comforts. The air conditioning is present in the living room and inside the master bedroom. The extraordinary feature of the house is certainly the huge covered external veranda, with a wonderful sea view. In a corner of the terrace there is a barbecue area, with also a very particular wood-burning oven for pizza, with an unusual mushroom shape. The swimming pool is located on a slightly lower level than the house and gets plenty of sun. Despite being located in a residential area, the villa offers a lot of privacy. In low season the area is very quiet; during the high season you might feel the animation coming from the neighboring villages. The villa is independent and all the rooms are private and exclusive. The sandy beach is only 150 meters from the villa and can be reached on foot. About 250 meters from the house is the small and characteristic village of Santa Maria, where you will find a small square with a small church and two restaurants where you can eat fresh fish. Tropea is 10 minutes away by car. Villa Giulia is ideal for small groups of friends, couples and families looking for a villa with a private pool, close to the sea and with an amazing view.
