The space The property is accessed through the side door adjacent to the driveway. You enter onto the first floor with two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom with laundry and the living room with a 1970’s bar and mini fridge at its side! Upstairs you will find the kitchen, dining area, full bath and two bedrooms also with queen beds. Both the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms are individually separated by lockable doors that can either remain open to create one large bedroom or two separate bedrooms. There is a large walking closet upstairs with an ironing board and iron. There is a tv in one of the upstairs bedrooms as well as a wall tv in the downstairs living room. There is a small screened in porch at the end of the first floor hallway with table and chairs. The driveway can comfortably accommodate two vehicles with room for additional cars in the backyard. The backyard is a good size and is partially fenced along with a table, chairs and a grill. Guest access Guests have access to the entire two story house with the exception of a small locked closet we use for supplies. Other things to note Pricing is based on 4 or fewer guests.
