After a day of exploring, come home to Encina to experience unique design. Encina offers comfort and style within their 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Of the 2 bedrooms, guests will find 2 queen-sized beds. The first bedroom has plenty of storage space, a door that opens to an external French balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is cozy in design with lots of storage space and access to an internal patio, furnished with chairs and a table. The patio also leads to the office space, complete with a dedicated workstation. The detached bathroom is clean and functional in design. The open plan living room and kitchen is a mark above the rest. Light streams into the space from the large doors that open up to a French balcony to allow the air to flow during the warmer months. If it’s too hot outside to open the windows, Encina comes with air conditioning in all rooms for maximum comfort. The living room has plenty of sitting space and a full entertainment system. The unique brick and wooden shelving provides great contrast to the plants scattered throughout the room. The large, rustic wooden dining table comfortably seats four. The kitchen, adorned with wooden cabinets, is complete not only with all appliances, but also utensils. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. This apartment comes equipped with ducted air system for absolute comfort. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
