The space The apartment is located in the National Park of Cilento, in a relaxing and very quiet, in the green countryside of Cilento full of olive trees. It was restored in 2021 with wise use of local stone. Guest access The access road to the villa and the apartment is paved and ends in front of the house. Reserved and fenced parking space. The apartment is part of a large villa in which the garden could be shared with the owners in case they are present. The garden is fenced. Check-in is done in person by Angela (phone number given in the template), who will meet you at the pre-arranged meeting point (when you are in the vicinity of Agropoli (20 km from San Marco), you can tell Angela your arrival time at the IP gas station) and accompany you to the house. Other things to note > Electricity consumption: €0.50 per kWh. Electricity consumption will be checked at both check-in and check-out. The corresponding amount will be requested through the Airbnb platform after check-out, at a rate of €0.50 per kWh. > Bed linen and towels: are included in the price; for any changes during the stay, the cost is €15 per person. > Late check-in: a €20 surcharge applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM. > Pets: only one pet is allowed per stay, with an additional fee of €35. > Tourist tax: €1 per person per night. > Hot-Tube Pool: Operational from June 1st to October 30th, from 9 am to 7 pm, except in adverse weather conditions. €5 per day for up to 4 guests.
