House rules as required by the City of Fredericksburg Short Term Rental Ordinance -Observe the City of Fredericksburg quiet hours 10pm-7am -Fredericksburg is a dark sky community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when not in use. -Observe the designated parking locations (2 driveway) and 1 on Travis Street/1 on Bowie Street along side the house. -Place all trash in designated container. Trash container is only allowed on street for pick up 24 hours before pickup day (Friday) and must be returned to property location by garage door on driveway within 24 hours of pickup (by Saturday). Please do not move trash container to street without being requested to do so. Cancellation or reservation alteration policy (within the 30 day period of limited or no cancellations/alterations allowed): If cancelled or altered during this period a fee of up to $300 may be charged to recover any losses incurred by owner due to inability to fully rebook original reservation. Amount of fee will be determined no later than day of original reservation and requested fee will not exceed original booking amount. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and fully fenced yard. The second garage is locked for supplies. Other things to note Pets are welcome $50(+ tax) per stay fee, up to 2 dogs <50 lbs. We welcome additional dogs and larger dogs, but request discussion of details before booking. Dogs must be disclosed, exceptions will be charged a $150 penalty in addition to $50 (+tax) per stay fee. If extra efforts are required for cleaning/repairing furniture when occupants do not leverage dog sheets etc, charges will be applied as incurred. Reservation cancellation or alteration within 30 days of reservation checkin are are subject to 50% fee and subject to 100% fee within 7 days of reservation checkin. These rules remain in effect for accepted reservation cancellations or alterations . We will work hard to rebook the impacted dates as to minimize impact of these incurred fees to our guests.
