If you need a few days in a new environment, whether you are a family or a study group, our house can be something for you. The space Primitive older house for rent. The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance with space for shoes and outerwear. On the left is a smaller bedroom with a double bed and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is directly connected to the dining area, where there is room for 8 people around the dining table. In the dining room there is a large fireplace. From the dining room there is access to another room with a narrow double bed. This room is without a wood-burning stove, so the heat is obtained by opening the door to the dining room. From the kitchen there is access to an old bathroom with terrazzo on the floor equipped with toilet and shower. From the kitchen, dining room and bedroom there are patio doors with direct access to the garden. In the hallway there are also stairs to the first floor. The first floor consists of one large room, where there is a work table/dining table with space for 6 people, a couple of armchairs and a very large bed of about 4 x 2 meters. From the first floor, there is a view over the water and the garden with apple trees and kitchen garden. This room is heated with the house's third wood-burning stove. The house is simple, well-functioning, rustic, but without any kind of luxury. It's clean and tidy, but there may be a spider in a corner. Bring your own duvet covers, sheets and towels; there are pillows and duvets for 6 people. Upon departure, you clean up, put out garbage, vacuum and wash floors. You pay for electricity usage (DKK 4 per sqm) and firewood (DKK 5 per piece). Guest access There is access to the entire house and the entire garden Other things to note There are stairs and high door steps, so the house is not suitable if you are disabled.
