Once you book we will text you the wi-fi password, door entry code and the our personal cell phone number for communicating. We comply with the local city (Steger, IL) ordinances regarding short term rentals. We do ask for a photo ID but do not share any private information. Quiet suburb 30 miles south of Chicago. Safe community with shopping nearby. There are 3 rental units in the complex plus owner has a print shop behind the two story house. Parking lot for up to 7 cars. Carport for 2 cars first come basis, but one car per rental unit. Snow plowed in the winter. Final approval is contingent to our house rules which are in the best interest of all guests. You will be asked to respond saying "I have read and agree to your house rules." Self-check-in is available and we will text you everything you will need prior to arrival. We have"instant book" but if you are not comfortable with our rules you can cancel within 24 hours.
