Caissie Cape Cottage w/ water views & beach access

Weekly rentals available with check-in/check-out on Sundays. Caissie Cape is a small coastal community of cottages located in Grand Digue and home to quiet and beautiful sandy beaches. A short drive from a small market store with fresh fruits, veggies and baked goods (Les Digues) as well as a seafood market (Joe Caissie). Shediac and Parlee Beach Provincial Park are just an eighteen minute drive while for larger amenities Moncton is only 25 minutes from the cottage. The space This is a 2 bedroom stand-alone cottage plus separate bunkie with water views, beach access and private yard space. It sits on the shores of Caissie Cape and has fantastic views of the ocean from the sunroom, screened in porch and master bedroom/balcony. There is beach access a short walk from the cottage (about 5 minutes or so) as well as private patio with dining set and bbq. It has an open-concept living area with fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities (detergent, fabric softener & dryer sheets). The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster) dishes, pots and pans etc. The cupboards are stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, and spices so please help yourself. The dining room has a large kitchen table with 4 chairs and bench seating that comfortably seats 6. The living room has a very comfortable large leather sectional that is great for drinking your morning coffee or watching movies on a rainy day on Netflix (or on your own devise using a chromecast) . The 1st bedroom is on the main floor off the living room with a double bed and cupboard to store all your belongs with a full bathroom (walk-in shower) right next to it. The living room opens up onto a sunroom that overlooks the ocean and provides an additional seating area and a great spot to curl up with a good book. Up the stairs from the sunroom leads to the bright and large master bedroom with a king bed, double closets, private balcony overlooking the beach and full ensuite bathroom (bath and shower combination). There is an ottoman that can be used for extra seating or can be converted into a cot for a young child to sleep in. The sunroom leads to the screened in porch that will allow you to sit and enjoy the water view and ocean breeze without the bugs. The 3rd bedroom is a bunkie steps from the main cottage. It is a bright and cozy space with a king bed and a sliding door that opens up onto the patio. The outdoor space consists of a private side patio that is sheltered from the wind and has a dining table with umbrella and BBQ for all your grilling needs. The small yard is fenced in from the front of the property, which provides additional privacy from the road and surrounding neighbours.
