Kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation. Enjoy the coffee & tea bar! We are pet friendly! The space The Quad on Superior is a newly remodeled property with four total units. Each unit can be rented individually, or all four can be rented to sleep 26 people! This is a ground floor unit that has direct access to the front exterior of the building for easy entry and exit. Bedroom 1: Queen bed with new memory foam mattress. 43" Roku TV. Closet for storage. Bedroom 2: Queen bed with new memory foam mattress. 43" Roku TV. Closet for storage. Bedroom 3: Queen bed with new memory foam mattress. 43" Roku TV. Closet for storage. Roku TVs in the bedrooms and the living area are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services! White noise machines are available in each bedroom along with blackout shades to ensure restful sleep. Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans and silicone utensils. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, and dish soap are provided. Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia. Full bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A starter supply of toilet paper is also provided. Free laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guest access Guests will have access to the entirety of Unit A, along with the general shared hallway spaces in the rest of the building, including the laundry room in the basement. Other things to note $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Cats are not allowed. Any pets other than dogs must be approved in advance before the reservation. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 fee per animal. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets outside. A $25 additional cleaning fee may apply if extra cleanup is needed due to pets. Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older. Children and other guests are welcome when accompanied by the eligible booking guest.
