The cottage is situated in the heart of the town. Dawlish Beach is a 5 minute walk away. Local amenities are on your doorstep, including Pubs, independent shops, boutiques and cafes. The train station is a 5-minute stroll away connecting you with easy access to Devon and Cornwall. Please note we have NO ONSITE PARKING, the public car park is 5 minutes away and costs £4.60 per 24 hours. The space Step into our homely cottage and you’re welcomed into the charming living room, a delightful space to unwind watching the Smart TV. A staircase leads from the lounge to the first floor where the bedrooms are located. Upstairs is the large double bedroom with wardrobes and a king-sized bed. A pretty bedroom awaits you with a Queen-sized double bed and a wardrobe. Then continue over a couple of steps in the hall to reach the extra two bedrooms with two single beds and a chest of drawers. Guest access Our cottage is accessed from the street via a keysafe. Other things to note Our cottage is grade 2 listed and therefore is quirky in design. Low ceilings and a narrow staircase are complimented by window seats and stunning views over the brook.
