Enter a warm living room in which you can enjoy a double living room with a large, comfortable and modular sofa, a decorative dining table for convivial meals and a spacious kitchen open to the dining room (oven and range hood, induction hob, double sink, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster). For more studious people, a dedicated corner can also be used to work. This level includes a separate WC and a shower room with a walk-in shower. Also take advantage of the balcony to drink your coffee or book one of the books left in the open air (the balcony overlooks a courtyard). The balcony can also be used to dry your laundry. For your nights, you will have the choice between a 140*190 cm bed or an extra bed (bench seat) with a 120 *186 cm mattress in the living room. An outside elevator allows you to go up the rue des cordeliers.
