New quite furnished Apartm./Room in Rothenburgsort

A new quite furnished apartment or a Bedroom near from the central station (15 min by bus or by S-Bahn 8 minutes then either 10 min walk or bus 2 min). A supermarket-Lidl and a bus station are 1 min from my place. My place is in a quiet area and the river is beside my place, so you can have a good walk nearby. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine which you can use. Hot drinks will be included in the price, so you do not need to bother yourself with your tea or your coffee. The space Usually, I am renting only the bedroom, which can be for 2 guests if they are okay with the bed size. The price which is shown in the advertisement is for this case whether you are 1 person or 2 persons. I will stay in the living room at the same time, every room has its own key. kichen, bathroom and corridor will be shared. This point is very important to be clarified before sending a request to me. The bedroom is separated from the living room and there is a key to lock your bedroom Sometimes I am renting the whole apartment when I am travelling. I will write the periods that you can rent the whole appartement. Nothing until now so far. The price will change if you rent the whole apartment and it depends on how long you will take the apartment and how many guests as well. I will be traveling from 29.10 till 29.11, so you can rent the appartement or the room (more prefered to rent the room only) but you will be alone in the appartement anyway. Also maybe from 30.11 till 12.12 will be traveling as well but not confirmed. Guest access you will have your own key. I will make check in for you and in case I am not in Hamburg or you come at my working time, a friend will give you the key and make check in for you but need to be arranged before.
