Occupying the top two floors of a historic building, the first floor features a living room with a Smart TV, a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet and washbasin. The second floor is a spacious and bright suite with a Smart TV and a loveseat by the windows, along with a shower and washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave/oven, induction stove, mini fridge, 100L water heater, washing machine, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The entrance door is made of solid wood and is not soundproofed. It is fitted with a high-security electronic lock that automatically secures the door for your safety. As with all old apartments in Setúbal, sound insulation may not be perfect. We kindly ask guests to keep noise levels low to ensure a comfortable environment for others guests.
