Please remove dirty shoes inside. Strong-odour cooking and fish cleaning are not suitable at this property. For long-stay bookings, please enquire about periodic servicing (usually every 7–10 days). 🧳 TRAVEL INSURANCE Travel plans can change due to illness, transport delays or weather events. As refunds aren’t automatic for missed travel, we strongly recommend travel insurance for peace of mind. 🚫 CHILDREN & INFANTS This is an adults-only apartment for 2 guests maximum & we have set up accordingly: stairs, balcony design, light furnishings, breakables and light carpet make it unsuitable and unsafe for infants or little children. May be suitable for a parent and older child if happy to share the king bed, but must not exceed 2 guests in total. 🧗STAIRS-this is an UPPER LEVEL APARTMENT with stairs (gorgeous views!), no lift, not suitable if you have ANY problems with stairs. 1/2 external flight to foyer, then full flight of stairs to your apartment. Please DO NOT book this apartment if you have any issues whatsoever with stairs. 🔌 ELECTRIC VEHICLE charging (public) directly across the road-not actually on the property 🅿 PARKING Free street parking usually available right out the front of the apartment. Extra parking bays across the road & behind the apartment complex. This apartment does NOT have a private driveway parking space-if you require this, you may like to check out one of our other larger Kingscote Terraces Properties, however we never find parking to be an issue in Kingscote. 🔑PROPERTY ACCESS / tariff based on check out by 10am. Other things to note 👫 CHILDREN/EXTRA GUESTS: This property does not accommodate/not suitable for babies or children <13yrs. Absolute MAX 2 people on premises only. 🧗STAIRS: Stunning views, but stairs to reach this upper level first floor apartment (from street to foyer about 7 steps, then full flight to your apartment). 🛏️ WHITE LINENS: Fake Tan / Fresh Hair Dye etc. staining may incur a replacement fee. 👟DIRTY SHOES off please 🔌 ELECTRIC VEHICLE charging station (public) just across the road (not actually on the property). Pls check your vehicle compatibility/charging requirements. FREE street parking. 🚮MUST BE LEFT NEAT & TIDY. Respectful Guests Only. Normal housekeeping is our pleasure, but reckless damage, filthy or 'trashed' condition will not be tolerated under any circumstances. 🐟 NO FISH CLEANING on property 🏖️ BEACH GEAR We supply beach towels Umbrellas, snorkels, beach chairs not provided. 🏠 HOLIDAY RENTAL APARTMENT - a little different to a hotel: no daily servicing & although we're usually super-responsive & very capable & caring if anything arises, we don't have a 24-hour reception, in-room dining service or concierge service. A Holiday Rental offers other benefits that you'd not expect to find in a hotel (in apartment laundry, full kitchen, books etc.), & we hope you love the experience!
