A magnificent air-conditioned apartment, right on the water's edge in La Capte for 4 people, all comfort with an incredible view! The space ***7 nights rental from Saturday to Saturday (for shorter stays, contact us)*** Come and spend a pleasant stay in our air-conditioned apartment, with your feet in the water. On the first floor (which is also the last) of a small residence. The air-conditioned apartment will offer you all the equipments for 4 people (equipped kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, hob, hair dryer, television, Wi-Fi by fiber, outdoor lounge with deck chairs). To sleep, you will have a closed bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a mezzanine bedroom with a 180 cm bed or 2 90 cm beds depending on the configuration requested. The bedding is new (sheets not provided, the concierge can provide them to you). The mezzanine is accessible via a miller's ladder (see photos). The bathroom, renovated, has a beautiful Italian shower. You will find a large terrace for outdoor dining with an incredible view of the sea, the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros, and Levant. A barbecue and a washing machine are available for self-service in the residence. The residence is quiet with direct and secure access to the beach. No problem parking your car: a private parking space is reserved for the apartment within the residence. All the necessary shops are within walking distance (supermarket, greengrocer, caterer, bakery, restaurants, newsagent, souvenir, beach items...). Due to allergies, we no longer accept pets. The rental is non-smoking indoors.
