Come enjoy the Shuswap Lake lifestyle in this centrally located home in the heart of Sorrento! Our bright and carefully decorated home boasts two cosy air-conditioned queen-sized bedrooms (one with a partial ensuite), two balconies, an outdoor dining area, a spa-like bathroom, and is steps away from all of Sorrento's amenities! Take a short walk down to the lake, enjoy a coffee at the local coffee shop or simply explore the beauty that is the Shuswap - hiking, biking, boating, and more! The space Our space is a bright, airy home that has been carefully decorated and arranged for your comfort. As you enter the house, you will find yourself in a gorgeous kitchen with a variety of items for your needs: a french press with coffee, boiling hot water on tap, an air fryer, an instantpot, a food processor, and more! Washer and dryer are located in the entryway. Through the kitchen you will find the dining room with an electric fireplace and the living room with a large, comfortable couch and a Frame TV, set as a painting when you arrive - this special touch makes it feel as though there is no TV in the room, and we feel allows you to focus on your holiday, while keeping the option of sitting back with a movie when your adventures tire you out. On this floor you will find our pantry (where the small kitchen appliances are located) and our futuristic, spa-like bathroom complete with a ring mirror, shower with rain shower head, side showers, and detachable shower head, and OVE toilet with bidet, blow dry feature, and more! There is one bedroom on the first floor, with a floor to ceiling mirror and tons of storage. On the second floor is our linen closet with any extra linens you may find yourself needing, and the second bedroom. This bedroom is our more private bedroom - a perfect love shack, or great for sending the kids up to bed while you continue late-night holiday-ing on the downstairs patio! The upstairs bedroom features a 2 piece ensuite bathroom and a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a late night cocktail. Your garden space also has many amenities to make the perfect getaway location. By the entry, you will find an outdoor dining patio complete with a variety of seating options, a BBQ and gorgeous string lights to set the mood. On the front deck you will find a lounge area and a swing overlooking the front yard. Throughout the yard, there are vegetable gardens in full bloom. Our guests are welcome to pick any ripe fruits and vegetables that they desire! We hope that our thoughtfully designed space can provide the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones! Guest access Guests have the whole home to themselves. There is one room that is locked and off-limits for guests, as well as a crawl space that is locked for guest safety. Outside, guests have a full yard for their enjoyment. Other things to note Please note: In this listing, the air-condition units are located in each bedroom. There is no AC unit in the main living area of the house, though we have provided a portable fan to help spread the cool air.
