Ideal for visiting Andalusia, less than 1.3 hours from the main cities. The space Located on the outskirts of the small village of Llanos de Don Juan, in Rute, Córdoba. Ideal for getting to know the towns in the area such as Priego de Córdoba, Rute, Lucena, Iznajar, etc.. or for getting away to some of the most touristic cities in Andalusia such as Córdoba, Seville, Granada, Málaga, Antequera, Ronda, Úbeda, etc all located between 1 hour or hour and a half. The wooden house with 2 floors and 62 m2 and 16 m2 of terrace we have made with the whole family, trying to take care of all the details to make it as pleasant and cozy as possible since when it is not rented we use it as a guest house. The house is next to the property in which we reside, although totally independent and is accessed by a sliding mechanical door, with which guests will have all the privacy they want. It has some closures that are lowered to separate the plot of the house from our plot. It is built on a plot of about 205 m2, with a large artificial grass garden where children can play without getting hurt. In this outdoor space we have a 50 m2 wooden porch and Arabic tiles where we have a wood-burning oven, barbecue, bar, sink and a small refrigerator, along with a large tiled table with 6 seats. We also have a 5-seater jacuzzi, which you can hire optionally, so you can relax and let yourself go. On the ground floor we have a dining room with a table for 4 people, a 2-seater sofa bed, and an armchair, smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with American bar, with 2-burner induction hob, combi fridge, dishwasher, Italian and espresso coffee makers, blender, blender, food processor, washer-dryer, oven and microwave. As well as a spacious bathroom with shower. On the top floor we have a magnificent bedroom with a 1.50x1.90 m double bed and a two-seater divan as well as a terrace with incredible views of the mountains. We also have some hooks to place a hammock for the little ones. From here there is access to an incredible terrace with views of the Sierras Subbéticas and the large olive groves in the area. It is surrounded by olive trees, at the end of a street without traffic, having the possibility of opening one of the doors that leads to the field, to be able to go out to the olive groves for a walk. Also, if you are interested, we have a space to accommodate the car inside the property, although there is no parking problem outside, as the street hardly has traffic. The house has WIFI and air conditioning on both floors. Guest access From May 1 to November 5, we also enable the pool area, so that you can take a dip if you wish to enjoy the water in complete privacy since you will not be seen from our house, even if it is next door. We will lower the blinds so that at all times you are not seen from our house. If you would like to use the jacuzzi, you must notify us a maximum of 48 hours before arrival so that we can prepare it. There would be an additional cost of €20 per night or €50 per 2 night, at least, to be paid upon handing over the keys. Other things to note You will have the entire property to yourselves. All photos on the website are of rooms or spaces exclusively for guests; you will not share any space with anyone. The pool is available from May 1st to November 1st. Pets are welcome, but please do not allow them on chairs, armchairs, or sofas. There is an additional charge for pets. The jacuzzi is available year-round for an additional fee of €20 per night.
