Fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals. Close to everything-golf, hiking, lakes, pickelball courts, horse stables, art shows, restaurants and bars . Little driving necessary once you arrive. The space Enjoy our updated main level condo. This place is fully stocked for you, just bring your clothes & food and enjoy your time in the cool pines. The living room offers a reclining leather sofa, couch with pull out bed and swivel barrel chair. Wood burning fireplace and TV. The main bedroom features two beds - one xl double and one xl twin. TV and electric fireplace as well as a dresser and full closet to make you feel at home. The second bedroom has a queen bed, tv, dresser and closet. Full kitchen with everything you need to prepare great dinners. Have fun playing board games which are located in the dining table bench. Full size washer & dryer are available for guests to use. Two baths - one located between the two main bedrooms and the other next to laundry room. Both have showers and stocked with everything you may need. Our condo has outdoor seating in front as well as a back patio with two seating areas and a grill for enjoying some good bbq. Guest access Entire condo is available for guests with the exception of the owner's private area (owner's not present during guest's stay). Other things to note This is a ground level condo so there may be guests in the upper level. There is free parking available on the property.
