Description
Little Pattie was built in 1963 and has been lovingly restored. She sleeps two in single beds and other one is the table that folds down. She has a new raised under cover area, if it rains. There is also a private wood fired hot tub. Pine is provided for the hot tub, and one bag of firewood per night for the fire. Extra wood can be purchased. The space Little Pattie is set up in a paddock behind our house. You will be sharing this with our goats, sheep, cows, our horse and mule. Who will come up for a snack and a pat. We have baby animals from time to time and some of whom will need feeding. There are miniature horses, cows, sheep and more goats in the next paddock, we also have chickens with fresh eggs , pigs with piglets and we cant forget the dogs and cats. Guest access You will receive a code to our gate lock 1 hour before check in. You will be able to drive straight in to the site we advise parking in the front of the little Pattie. Other things to note - Wifi is only available close to the house. - Fire Pit is available during your stay, Fire wood is extra cost of $30 pre tub which can be payed on the day. - Dogs are welcome off leash as long as they don’t chase the animals, more for the safety of your pet. - Hot tub is filled with bore water which is high in minerals like copper and iron. These minerals give a slight discoloured look to the water, however it is perfectly safe for bathing. Small tub takes about 2 hours to heat and big tub can take about 4 hours to heat. - Beds are smaller then normal as it’s a 1963 vintage caravan - We do not have a shower/bathroom yet just our compost toilet which is a short walk from the caravan.
