To all CONFIRMED BOOKING PLEASE SEND THE GUEST NAME THAT WILL BE STAYING IN OUR UNIT. Minimize your voice by 10PM for some residents living in the property. We only provide 4-5 Towels. Please bring extra towels if you need more. 📍SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED UPON CHECK IN and WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK OUT IF EVERYTHINGS OKAY IN THE UNIT WITHOUT DAMAGE And ETC.📍 📍CLEAN AS YOU GO. DAMAGE: We understand that accidents happen, but we do ask that PLEASE LET US KNOW when they do. CLEANLINESS: We do a thorough clean Between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving you can clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used. kindly put any dirty/used towels in the balcony. it helps us get through our cleaning quicker. WASHING DISHES: All residues foods or smal particles kindly put it in plastic bag and throw it into the trash NOT IN THE SINK TO AVOID CLOGGING. KITCHEN: When you start cooking please roll up the blinds and open the window at the kitchen area also please turn on the range hood so that the smell of the foods you are cooking will not stay inside the unit. ALWAYS CLOSE THE 2 BEDROOMS DOOR while you are cooking. 📍STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT, There is a balcony where you can smoke but be sure to close the sliding door and window of 2 rooms, so that the smoke will not come inside and absorb the curtains and air conditioned.
